RawHoney.co.uk is rooted in our own beekeeping in Somerset. Our British raw honey is at the heart of the range, alongside a small selection of imported varieties that offer different flavours to discover.

British honey from our own hives

We look after our bees in the Somerset countryside and extract and prepare our own honey. Across the seasons, the bees forage on a changing mix of blossom, hedgerows, trees and flowering crops.

That changing forage gives each harvest its character. Colour, flavour and texture can vary naturally, making honey a reflection of the place and season it comes from.

Our British honey is unpasteurised and gently handled during extraction and preparation, with care taken from hive to jar.

Two textures, plenty of ways to enjoy them

We offer our own British honey in two styles:

• British raw runny honey — golden and flowing, lovely drizzled over yoghurt, stirred into porridge or spooned onto warm toast.
• British raw soft set honey — smooth and spreadable, with a fine texture created by carefully managing honey’s natural crystallisation. A favourite for toast, crumpets and fresh bread.

A wider world of honey

Alongside our Somerset honey, we offer varieties such as acacia, lime blossom and buckwheat from further afield. They bring different floral characters and flavours to the range, giving you more to explore.
