Our British raw soft set honey is made with honey from our own Somerset bees. Fine honey crystals give it a smooth, spoonable consistency, with gentle sweetness and a soft floral character.

Also called creamed honey, soft set honey gets its texture from controlled crystallisation. No cream is added: it is honey with a fine, even crystal structure that makes it easy to spread.

Made for spreading

Spread a little over a warm crumpet, tuck it into a slice of fresh sourdough or spoon it onto a bowl of porridge. It holds its shape more readily than runny honey, making it a useful choice for anyone who prefers to spread their honey with a knife.

Soft set or runny?

Choose soft set for spreading and spooning. Choose our British raw runny honey for pouring and drizzling. Both are honey; the difference in texture changes how you use them. Keep this jar in a cool cupboard, as warmth will soften its consistency.
